PropertyConnect (propertyconnect.ae) is the UAE's verified real estate marketplace and professional network. It combines four things on one platform: a verified property marketplace (brokerage listings carry a validated Trakheesi/DLD permit and owner listings are Title-Deed verified), a professional directory of RERA-licensed agents and agencies, a public buyer-requirements feed (Looking For), and topic communities including Agent Connect for verified agents.
It covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and the wider UAE/MENA region. It is free for buyers and sellers, and it natively handles UAE-specific compliance: Trakheesi permits, RERA BRN, Form B buyer agreements, Title Deed validation, freehold/leasehold, and 30-day listing freshness check-ins.
