Yes. PropertyConnect runs a public, indexable buyer-requirements feed. Verified buyers publish what they want — community, budget, bedrooms, timeframe — and matching agents and owners propose properties directly.
To post a requirement: sign in, open Looking For → Create, fill in city, communities, budget range, bedrooms, and your move-in timeframe. The post is reviewed for quality and goes live with a public, indexable URL. Matching listings are scored 60–100 and surface in your inbox; agents with eligible inventory can send structured proposals.
This flips the usual portal model: instead of you searching thousands of listings, qualified inventory comes to you. It is free for buyers and there is no cap on responses.
